CMAA2 anti-aliasing — a high-quality, non-temporal alternative to
TAAFeature. Two compute passes (local-contrast-adaptive edge detection
analytic morphological resolve): no camera jitter, no history, and so no
ghosting under motion — the failure mode TAA is prone to. More expensive than
FXAAFeature, crisper than both FXAA and SMAAFeature in
busy/textured regions thanks to the conservative edge test.
Reads frame.hdr and writes the resolved HDR back to frame.hdr. Needs
neither depth nor velocity nor a jittered camera, so it slots into any
pipeline (forward, forward+, deferred) unchanged.
