WGSL for the material uniform: a @group(2) @binding(0) struct with a built-in
sg_time plus each parameter. Every field is @align(16) so the CPU can pack
each into its own 16-byte slot (index i → byte offset i·16) — trivially valid
for the uniform address space, no std140 packing puzzles.
